The session fee covers photo and video equipment usage, travel expenses, and wages for your production crew.

A $100.00 session security deposit is required upfront to secure the date that we shoot together. This is deducted from your total session fee.

Destinations that are eighty (80) miles or more require all Session Fees and Surcharges paid THIRTY (30) days prior to the shoot day.

International Travel Session Fees and Surcharges are required to be paid THIRTY (30) days prior to the shoot day.

*If payment for the Session Fee is not satisfied your session will be RESCHEDULED or CANCELLED

Below are your expectations for the delivery of your product unless otherwise stated in contract or you elect for custom payment arrangements. Please keep in mind that your product may likely be delivered sooner dependent on workload volume.

Photo Retouching - Upon completion of your photo selection within 30 ~ 60 days

Video / Short Film Editing - 60 ~ 120 days

Note*- Movies may take more than 120 days to edit as it will require a team of editors.

Merchandise - Upon order fullfilment your product will be delivered to your door via DHL or FedEX within 7 ~ 14 Business Days

Absolutely! It is possible to “skip the editing line” by agreeing to pay an Expedited Delivery charge. Expedited Deliveries are worked in the order they are received and will only be implemented once an invoice has been issued and paid. You will be given updates of your work via your chosen method of communication. Taxes will not be added to the expedited delivery charge.

Expedited Delivery - 35% of Total Collection Value.

For example: Total Collection Amount is $700.00. (700 x .35 = 245) $245.00 will be your Expedited Delivery Cost.

For all services offered by 7VDC, we require a 2 week lead time or more to gather personnel, equipment, and adequate time to strategize for your project. We do understand that things come up sooner than expected or plans change. Therefore, we can accommodate your request for Rapid Assembly with the additional cost of $150.00 that will be paid with your Security Deposit. 7VDC retains the discretion if they can accommodate within 13 days but no sooner than 3 days or not at all.

This does not apply to 7VDC Xclusive Model Memberships. We will attempt to accommodate all requests for Rapid Assembly for our Xclusive Models.

If this accommodation can be satisfied all remaining session fees are required to be paid the day BEFORE your shoot day.

Any mileage beyond 50 miles of homebase. The additional mileage will only count after it exceeds 50 miles. For example: Homebase to Location of shoot is 121 miles. Expedition Mileage to be calculated is 121 - 50 = 71 miles. 71 x .655 = $46.51 added to session fee for Expedition Mileage - See IRS Standard Mileage 2023

By definition, Per Diem is a latin phrase meaning “Pay by the Day”. This is a daily stipend given to your crew for life-sustaining necessities like toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and food.

Note: Per Diem charges may apply if 7VDC is required to stay on location for additional days due to weather conditions or uncontrollable circumstances that delay the planned return to homebase. This will be charged in a separate invoice upon return to homebase.

Any event or substances the crew may be exposed to that may cause adverse consequences for humans and property.

Market cost for travel ticket and baggage for all crew members. 7VDC is willing to provide assistance in researching the most reasonable ticket price for you upon request.

An adequate vehicle solution is required to ensure timely arrival on location and safe transport of the equipment. 7VDC is willing to assist with the vehicle search to find the most reasonable cost upon request.

Adequate room and board is required to ensure the safety of the crew and security of equipment. 7VDC will assist in the search for living accommodations.

Permits are defined as given authorization or consent to do something. For example: entry onto National Parks, Canadian Borders, Mexican Borders, National Forests, Pyrotechnics.

A toll road, also known as a turn pike or tollway, is a public or private road for which a fee is assessed for passage. This also includes Gates or Ports.

The Drone Team requires a two (2) week lead time to obtain the appropriate permits for flight if needed. This will be communicated to you.

This surcharge factors this drone team's travel expenses, operator’s insurance, and maintenance of the drone systems.
